Ingredients: Great Lakes filtered water, barley malt, hops,  yeast, enzyme.

Description: Deep black in color, this intense ale is quite difficult to make, at 17% most yeast cannot handle the stress. This beer is has strong roasted barley flavors and an assertive hop bitterness to balance it’s sweetness. Many fruity aromas can be found in this after dinner treat. Quite warming. Available during Solstice this beer is released in small quantities and at the occasional beer festival.
