Solstice Mead Releases

Dry Bochet– This copper hued mead, made with Brazilian Wildflower honey has a complex nose with floral notes and a soft honey aroma. Honey and floral flavors dominate the palate. The mouth feel starts medium then it lightens with a balanced blend of tannin and acid. 11%

Little Big Mead – This mead is a session mead with dessert level sweetness. Golden hued and full bodied with honey and nut in the flavor and aroma. The finish is a balanced one of soft acid and medium tannin. 7.75% abv

Meads will be in the Solstice Sampling event from 5-8pm
