A very special Collaboration beer with Asgard Brewing Co from Tennessee.
The recipe started out as a Belgian style Biere de Garde, and of course we had to make it stronger than to style (as usual). So it has a nice malt character but not like our typical imperialized beer, we added raw Tennessee honey in the whirlpool. Fermented to it’s full potential with our favorite Belgian yeast. This beer then went through extensive aging in used TN Dickel Whiskey barrels.
